CHUNCHEON, April 14 (Korea Bizwire) — Police officers rescued a black puppy tied to a fence during a wildfire in Gyeongpo-dong, South Korea. The officers brought the puppy to the Gyeongpo Security Center and tried to find the owner through various channels but failed to do so. The puppy, estimated to be two to three years old and a Black Tan Jindo mix, was then handed over to the Gangneung City Animal Love Center. The police are still trying to locate the owner through social networking services. The center is currently sheltering two dogs who lost their owners in the wildfires.
