SEOUL, Dec. 9 (Korea Bizwire) — The retail industry is gearing up for the holiday season.
Shinsegae Department Store has placed its own model of the white bear character “Pubila” in stores nationwide for Christmas marketing, and will use the character on shopping bags and packaging until the end of the year.
The outer wall of the main store building in Myeong-dong is decorated with 360,000 LED lights and media facades, creating a Christmas atmosphere.
Meanwhile, Hyundai Department Store is also displaying large Christmas sculptures at each store. A 15-meter-tall Christmas sculpture of Santa Claus was placed in front of its Trade Center store.
