SEOUL, July 18 (Korea Bizwire) — Samsung C&T Corp.’s construction division has announced plans to launch an Art Gallery service that connects artwork installation and purchasing within its apartment complexes.
In order to provide this service to the residents, the construction division intends to establish a strategic partnership with the art auction platform Flea Auction.
The Art Gallery service utilizes public spaces within the apartment complexes, such as community facilities and elevator halls, to create cultural spaces.
Its main goal is to enable residents to appreciate artworks from promising artists and facilitate the purchase of these artworks through a mobile app.
The construction division plans to regularly replace the installed artworks, either when they are sold or after a certain period of time. This approach will ensure that residents have the opportunity to appreciate a variety of artworks.
