SEOUL, Nov. 21 (Korea Bizwire)Samsung Electronics Co. said Tuesday it will launch a program to allow iPhones users to try out the latest Galaxy smartphones for a one-month period, as Apple Inc. releases its newest models in the South Korean company’s home market.

Under the program, iPhone users can purchase the latest Galaxy Note 8 and Galaxy S8 smartphones at an additional participation cost of 50,000 won (US$45), which may be refunded after the trial period.

If a user decides to keep their Samsung device at the end of a month, the company will refund the participation fee and give out other freebies, such as JBL GO Bluetooth speakers. The fee will not be refunded, however, for those returning Galaxy smartphones.

The South Korean tech giant said users can apply for the program until Monday.

An official from Samsung Electronics said the program will allow iPhone users to experience the distinctive features of Galaxy smartphones.
