SEOUL, April 20 (Korea Bizwire)Samsung Electronics Co. is expanding warranty service for mobile devices in Ukraine following the Russian invasion in February.

Samsung’s Ukrainian branch made an online announcement that it will provide long-distance warranty service for smartphones, tablets, smartwatches and other electronic devices in the country.

Offline service centers will continue to operate in safer regions. In unsafe areas, the South Korean tech giant will offer a free pick-up service that delivers the electronic devices to a local service center for any warranty service and return them to the customer.

The company will join hands with Nova Poshta, a Ukrainian delivery service provider, for the pick-up service.
