SEOUL, May 3 (Korea Bizwire) — The Seoul Digital Foundation, a digital arm of the Seoul city government, on Tuesday launched a new service that allows users to raise pets in Metaverse Seoul, a metaverse ecosystem for administrative services.
Users can adopt 10 kinds of virtual pets, such as dogs, cats, and rabbits, in the virtual space.
The service is only available in Metaverse Seoul’s World Citizen’s Land.
Each Metaverse Seoul account can adopt only one pet, and pets cannot be returned.
Users can train their virtual pets to earn points, level up, and purchase various decorative items, such as headbands, shoes, and wings.
