Seoul Sets Standards for Electric Charger Installation Costs

SEOUL, Dec. 26 (Korea Bizwire)The Seoul Metropolitan Government announced on December 25 that it has developed standard installation costs for five major renewable energy facilities in collaboration with the Korea Electric Association and Korea Electrical Contractors Association.

The five major facilities include household solar systems, electric car chargers, solar and wind powered street lamps, and wind power plants.

The standards can be found on the website of the Korea Electric Association. If such standards are applied, more than 7.8 billion won (US$6.93 million) is expected to be saved on electric car chargers.
