SEOUL, Jan. 27 (Korea Bizwire) - The fifth season of “Show Me the Money,” a South Korean rap competition program, will hold auditions in the U.S., accepting international candidates for the first time, cable channel Mnet said Wednesday.
Applications will be accepted from Monday to March 6 for a chance to appear on the season that will begin airing in May.
“So many rappers overseas have asked to be part of the show,” Mnet said in a statement. “We’ve decided to expand this opportunity to rappers worldwide to promote a more diverse group of rappers.”
Interested rappers may apply through the program’s website (http://www.showmethemoney5.com) or share a 15-second rap video on Instagram (@mnetsmtm).’
