SEOUL, Dec. 16 (Korea Bizwire) — SK Innovation Co. said Wednesday via the company’s official YouTube channel that it will live broadcast the New Year’s sunrise on Jan. 1.
Marking the third broadcast of a New Year’s sunrise next year, the company will broadcast the first light of the new year from Ulsan CLX, the company’s flagship business complex.
The location is famous for being able to see the New Year’s sunrise before the rest of the country.
The energy and chemical subsidiary of the nation’s No. 3 conglomerate, SK Group, plans to welcome online viewers to share the hope of the new year via Zoom, in accordance with COVID-19 quarantine restrictions.
