DAMYANG, Sept. 15 (Korea Bizwire) – Organizers of the World Bamboo Fair Damyang Korea 2015, which will take place from September 17 to October 31, have revealed some information about the event in advance.
Event officials showed confidence in what they have prepared, and were certain that the event would be a success.
The exhibition will consist of three parts.
Firstly, a ‘Theme Experience Area’ will allow visitors to enjoy walking paths through bamboo forests. Visitors will be able to see, hear, touch, feel and taste bamboo.
The second area will be devoted to an exhibition. Various exhibits will share information about different species of bamboo, arts and crafts, and even houses made of bamboo. But the main attraction is the ‘Bamboo Show’, which shares the underlying message of the event through hologram images and narrations that recall memories of story books.
Lastly, various activities can be undertaken at the experience zone, entertaining the five senses of the visitors.
Organizers say that the event will be eco-friendly and economical, making full use of already existing facilities. It also is an event that is expected to attract visitors based on its content, rather than its size.
