SEOUL, Feb. 8 (Korea Bizwire) – Ticket Monster, South Korea’s leading social commerce company, announced Tuesday the  launch of a comparative website dubbed T-Mon Finance Mall (translated), which allows customers to compare some 5,800 on and offline financial products from 220 companies.

The products available include credit cards, insurance, loans, bank accounts, installment savings, and investments, while users can also have products recommended to them based on their preferences.

“There are a vast number of credit card, insurance, and loan options in the market such that it is often difficult for people to find products that suit them best, especially with no single platform that allows for a comprehensive comparison,” said the company, explaining the reason behind its latest venture.

Ticket Monster plans to expand the number of products to 7,000 by the end of the year through continued expansion of its affiliations.

“Our platform is built in a way that customers can easily understand the features of a particular product,” said Paek In-ho, chief officer for T-Mon Finance Mall. “Its strongest suit is that it allows users to compare different financial products without having to visit dozens of different websites.”
