SEOUL, Oct 17 (Korea Bizwire) – SONY KOREA held a launching event on October 16 for its MDR flagship lineup — its quality high resolution audio headphones, earphones and amplifiers which will hit the local market during the next month. K-pop singers IU and Yoo Hee-yeol attended as SONY’s endorsement model at the event, held at the Westin Chosun Seoul.
High-resolution audio refers to super premium sound data, offering quality surpassing that of CD (16bit/44.1kHz). SONY’s new lineup includes a trio of MDR-Z7, a high resolution headphone employing 70mm dynamic driver XBA-Z5, a hybrid 3-way driver earphone incorporating Magnesium HD Super Twitter BA and PHA-3, a portable headphone amplifier which fully supports perfect headphone sound output.
