Starbucks Korea’s Americano Retains Top Spot as Best-Selling Beverage for 15th Consecutive Year

SEOUL, Dec. 30 (Korea Bizwire) — Starbucks Korea announced its top 10 best-selling beverages of 2024, with the classic “Café Americano” once again claiming the top spot.

Following closely was the “Café Latte,” maintaining its second-place ranking since the company began tracking sales rankings in 2009.

For the first time, a tea-based drink, “Grapefruit Honey Black Tea,” secured third place, marking its milestone of over 100 million cumulative cups sold as of October.

Tea beverages saw an increased presence in the top 10 this year, expanding from one entry in 2023 to three in 2024. Newcomer “Starbucks Classic Milk Tea,” launched in October 2023, ranked eighth, while “Yuja Mint Tea,” a returning favorite, took the ninth spot.

Rounding out the list were “Decaf Café Americano” (4th), “Vanilla Cream Cold Brew” (5th), “Starbucks Dolce Latte” (6th), “Cold Brew” (7th), and “Strawberry Delight Yogurt Blended” (10th).

The rankings reflect evolving customer preferences, with tea-based beverages gaining traction alongside the enduring popularity of classic coffee staples.
