SEOUL, July 14 (Korea Bizwire) — University students from a federal republic within Russia are currently visiting South Korea, engaging in various Korean cultural events, including paper folding.
A total of 27 students from Kazan Federal University in Tatarstan on Thursday visited the Paper Art Museum in central Seoul on Thursday.
“I created a paper crown. Paper folding truly enhances concentration,” one of the students said.
Having arrived in the country last month, the students will be studying Korean language and culture at Sahmyook Health University until August 23.
Thus far, they have explored popular tourist destinations such as Insadong, Myeongdong, and the National Museum of Korea.
Additionally, they have plans to visit renowned Korean mountains, including Mt. Chiak and Mt. Seorak.
Kazan Federal University is renowned for having the highest number of students specializing in Korean studies in Russia.
