SEOUL, Jan. 10 (Korea Bizwire) — Tada, a South Korean ride-hailing service operator, will launch a ride hailing service for foreign tourists.
Tada said Thursday it has carried out an app update to make it easier and more comfortable for more users to use its service.
In the latest version of the app, users can sign up for the service using an overseas phone number, and register and use payment cards issued overseas.
In particular, some services, including real-time vehicle calls such as Tada Basic, will be provided in English in accordance with the language setting of the smartphone system, which is expected to further expand accessibility to the ride service for foreign customers.
According to an analysis of data related to actual members, 80,000 people applied language settings other than Korean.
Furthermore, through the update, it will be possible to install the app overseas.
Those who want to experience ride services in South Korea can easily use the app installation, membership registration, and service use regardless of nationality or region.
