STOCKHOLM, Sweden and NEW YORK, Dec. 4 (Korea Bizwire) — Nasdaq’s BWise (Nasdaq:NDAQ), a global leader in enterprise Governance, Risk Management and Compliance (eGRC), announced today a new strategic partnership with Transcendent Group, a premier GRC advisor, to jointly serve enterprise customers in the Nordic region.

As part of the agreement, BWise will provide software technology based on its leading eGRC platform and related technical installation and support services. Transcendent Group will perform all functional and reporting-related implementation tasks, and advise joint customers on their GRC efforts to strategize, prepare and deploy solutions to effectively address compliance challenges, as well as manage their risks and audit programs throughout the enterprise.

In addition, Transcendent Group will use the BWise(R) Internal Audit solution to enhance its internal audit service delivery to companies in the Nordics. The enhancement will improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of Transcendent Group’s internal audit practice and is a seamless introduction for customers to the BWise(R) GRC Platform.
