SEOUL, Feb. 24 (Korea Bizwire) — Volvo Construction Equipment Korea (Volvo CE Korea) has announced the launch of its next-generation articulated dump trucks, the A35 and A45, tailored specifically for challenging terrains in the domestic market.
The new A35 and A45 models, weighing 35 tons and 42 tons respectively, feature advanced electronic control systems and transmissions designed to significantly enhance fuel efficiency.
A standout feature is the Automatic Traction Control (ATC) system equipped with terrain memory, ensuring optimal traction and stability even on slippery surfaces.
Both models are equipped with cutting-edge technology, including differential locks, a hydraulic mechanical steering system, and Volvo’s All-Terrain Bogie suspension system.
Additionally, the vehicles feature Volvo’s Dynamic Drive system, which automatically optimizes gear shifts and maintains controlled speeds on downhill slopes.
Driver comfort and visibility have also been prioritized, with cabin front visibility improved by up to 25%. The seats automatically adjust their air suspension according to the operator’s weight.
Inside the cabin, operators have access to the Volvo Co-Pilot display, offering easy control over camera settings, climate control, and equipment diagnostics.
