INCHEON, Aug. 22 (Korea Bizwire) — The mural painting of a grain storage silo in Incheon Port was honored as a finalist at the world renowned U.S. IDEA Design Awards.
The mural was completed in June of last year and was painted on the outer wall of a huge silo that is 48 meters high, 168 meters long and 31.5 meters wide.
The total area of the painting is 25,000 square meters, equivalent to four times a regular soccer field in size.
Meanwhile, in December of last year, the painting was also certified as the world’s largest mural by the Guinness World Records.
