NORTH READING, Mass., Oct. 12 (Korea Bizwire) — Teradyne, Inc. (NYSE:TER), a leading supplier of automated test solutions, announced it was a sponsor at the 19th Annual Korea Test Conference, held in Seoul, South Korea.
The 19th Korea Testing Conference included keynote speeches by semiconductor industry leaders and the presentation of 72 technical papers. The annual event also honored key university and industry researchers in recognition of their contributions to the field of semiconductor test.
Teradyne sponsored the one-day event and helped drive the content and planning process. Jin-Soo Ko, Teradyne GSO Manager for Korea, served on the event program committee and also chaired a session on test cost efficiency.
Teradyne’s technical experts contributed to the conference agenda. Eun Joo Chung presented a tutorial entitled Interdiction of Adaptive Testing on adaptive semiconductor test methodologies. Other Teradyne employees taking part in the event included Min Young Kim, who presented Designing an External Instrument For Smart Phone Quick Charge Applications, a paper on designing an external instrument for smartphone quick charge applications, and Jong Ik Oh whose paper, mmWave (5G) Test Strategy, focused on mmWave 5G test strategies.
