SEOUL, March 5 (Korea Bizwire) — The Seoul Metropolitan Government announced Wednesday that it will be establishing a psychological support center to reduce fear and anxiety among residents toward the coronavirus.
Dr. Kim Hyun-soo, head of the Seoul Suicide Prevention Center, will spearhead the new organization, joined by doctors and art therapists.
The center announced an initiative dubbed ‘7 Vaccines for the Soul’ which includes self-encouragement, following safety instructions, and acquiring authentic information.
The center will publish news and fact checks via its homepage (covid19seoul mind.org/) and Facebook (www.facebook.com/covid19seoulmind) for psychological support.
