CHUNCHEON, April 26 (Korea Bizwire) — The Legoland theme park in Chuncheon, Gangwon Province will open until 9 p.m. every weekend and holidays for six months, the operator said Tuesday.
Legoland Korea Resort said it decided to extend its daily operations to 9 p.m. every Friday through Sunday and on holidays during the period from April 28 to October 29.
This will be the first night opening among Legoland theme parks operating worldwide.
This decision reflects the lifestyle of domestic families accompanied by children who are active in the afternoon hours during the summer, Legoland Korea Resort added.
The theme park plans to showcase a variety of events, including family night dance performances and fireworks.
In the meantime, it has also started offering afternoon tickets.
