BALTIMORE, Nov. 28 (Korea Bizwire) — WillScot Corporation (“WillScot”) (NASDAQ: WSC), the specialty rental services market leader providing innovative modular space and portable storage solutions across North America, today announced that it has extended the expiration date of its exchange offer (the “Offer”) relating to certain outstanding WillScot warrants (the “Warrants”). As a result of the extension, the Exchange Offer is now scheduled to expire at 11:59 p.m., Eastern Time, on December 7, 2018 (the “Expiration Date”) unless further extended.
The Offer was previously scheduled to expire at 11:59 p.m., Eastern Time, on December 6, 2018. Except for the extension of the Expiration Date, all of the other terms of the Offer remain as set forth in the Prospectus/Offer to Exchange dated November 8, 2018, and a Schedule TO, dated November 8, 2018, each of which are filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”).
