SEOUL, March 8 (Korea Bizwire) — South Korean obesity clinic 365mc Hospital said Tuesday it has signed a joint venture agreement with Indonesia’s Mayapada Group to establish and operate a medical clinic in the Southeast Asian country.
Under the terms of the contract, the two parties will open the 365mc Indonesia Clinic within the Mayapada Hospital located in Jakarta in July.
The new clinic will provide a variety of state-of-the-art obesity treatment services such as 365mc’s unique liposuction treatment for Southeast Asian customers, including those in Indonesia, the clinic said.
365mc also plans to transfer its motion capture and artificial intelligence assisted liposuction (M.A.I.L) system, developed in collaboration with Microsoft in 2017, to a local medical team in Indonesia.
