SEOUL, Nov. 17 (Korea Bizwire) – Hyundai Motor Company introduced its new Elantra N TCR Edition on November 17, incorporating technology and design elements from its successful motorsport program.
The special edition model takes its name from the TCR (Touring Car Racing) World Tour, a racing series in which Hyundai has competed since 2017. The automaker has integrated racing expertise gained from these competitions into this latest consumer offering.
The new variant features several race-inspired elements, including an adjustable “swan neck” rear spoiler that can be modified for different driving conditions, and lightweight yet durable 19-inch forged wheels.
Design touches include special exterior film treatments, unique emblems, a steering wheel with a 12 o’clock marker, and Performance Blue-colored front seat belts.
“We will continue to advance our N brand’s technology so that more customers can experience the intensity of motorsports in their daily lives,” a Hyundai representative said.
The Elantra N TCR Edition will launch first in South Korea next month, followed by a global release in 2025, marking another step in Hyundai’s efforts to strengthen its performance vehicle lineup.
