SEOUL, Nov. 28 (Korea Bizwire) – Rolls-Royce Motor Cars has unveiled its bespoke design studio, “Private Office Seoul,” located in the prestigious Lotte World Tower in Seoul, the company announced Thursday.
The space offers a heightened level of customization, surpassing the tailored services traditionally available at Rolls-Royce showrooms in Cheongdam and Busan.
The office is staffed by bespoke designers and customer experience managers dispatched from Rolls-Royce’s global headquarters in Goodwood, England.
Operating by appointment only, the team collaborates closely with clients to deeply understand their visions and aspirations, guiding them through the creation of a truly personalized Rolls-Royce.
Clients are actively involved in the design process and maintain direct communication with master artisans in Goodwood throughout the production journey, ensuring a seamless realization of their bespoke vehicles.
Reflecting a global surge in demand for bespoke Rolls-Royce models, the brand has established Private Offices in major cities since 2022. Seoul joins an exclusive lineup that includes Dubai, Shanghai, and New York, becoming the fourth such location worldwide.
Chris Brownridge, Rolls-Royce CEO, highlighted the significance of the new studio: “Private Office Seoul enhances the client experience by offering our Asia-Pacific customers the opportunity to work directly with Rolls-Royce designers, addressing the growing demand for bespoke vehicles.”
Rolls-Royce’s presence in South Korea has grown significantly since its debut in 2004, when only five vehicles were sold. By 2018, annual sales surpassed 100 units, and last year the company achieved a record 276 vehicles sold in the country.
