SEOUL, March 24 (Korea Bizwire) – Lotte HiMart announced it will be selling the ‘Phantom 4’, a drone produced by DJI, in a first for a large domestic retailer.
DJI, the No.1 global drone manufacturer with a share of more than 70 percent of the international private drone market, launched the Phantom 4 at the beginning of the month. The new drone is the latest model in the Phantom series, which is the highest class for typical consumer use.
The Phantom 4 is the first DJI product equipped with AI and obstacle-detecting sensors. It is easy to use, helping amateur users take expert-level photos and videos.
To celebrate the new product launch, Lotte HiMart will operate a drone experience zone at its World Tower store from March 28. Customers will have the chance to operate premium DJI drones such as the Phantom 4, Osmo, and Inspire 2.0.
The Phantom 4 can now be pre-ordered, and official sales at both online and offline HiMart stores will start on April 1.
