SEOUL, Jan. 4 (Korea Bizwire) — There are many posts complaining about reverse discrimination against men on Blind, an anonymous community app for the workplace, a women’s think tank said Tuesday.

The analysis showed that in the category of sexual discrimination, there were many comments complaining about reverse discrimination against men. In particular, making only men work night shifts was the main issue.
In WordCloud, which offers visualized big data, keywords such as sexual discrimination, discrimination, reason, female workers, problems and complaints had a higher share.
In the work-life balance category, there were many posts complaining about long work hours and non-voluntary leave.
In the category of sexual harassment, many posts expressed distress about unwanted physical touching and sexual harassment by supervisors, as well as sexual expressions between coworkers.
In the organizational culture-related semantic network, associated keywords were linked centering on “work,” “kkondae” (condescending person), “hoesik” (after-work gatherings) and “team leader.”
