SEOUL, April 8 (Korea Bizwire)Edible flowers are not only a pleasure for our eyes and nose, but also for our taste buds.

On Tuesday, the Rural Development Administration (RDA) introduced a number of edible flowers as well as their characteristics and precautions to take when consuming them.

Edible flowers contain about 10 times more polyphenols – micronutrients that contribute to preventing brain diseases such as senile dementia and Parkinson’s disease – compared to fruits and vegetables.

In addition, RDA studies show that natural scents from plants have the effect of increasing alpha brain waves related to comfort by 5 percent and lowering the heart rate by about 5 percent, compared to artificially extracted scents.

“It is recommended to purchase and use edible flowers safely grown on eco-friendly farms or to grow them by seeding them directly at home,” said Chung Myung-il of the National Institute of Horticultural and Herbal Science.

“One should not eat flowers that bloom on the side of the road where there is a lot of fine dust or pollutants, or ornamental or decorative flowers purchased at flower shops,” he added.

I started out taking only Azilect, then Mirapex, and sinemet for my Parkinson disease, but as the disease progressed they didn’t help much. A year ago I started on PD TREATMENT PROTOCOL from Herbal Health Point (w w w. herbalhealthpoint. c om). One month into the treatment, I made a significant recovery. After I completed the recommended treatment, almost all my symptoms were gone. Its been months since I completed the treatment, I live a very product life
