SEOUL, Jan. 4 (Korea Bizwire) — Kakao Mobility Corp. announced on January 3 that it has signed a joint business agreement with Tago Solutions in order to provide high quality taxi services and improve the welfare of taxi drivers.
With the signing of the agreement, the two companies are planning to introduce high-quality services with friendly drivers and a policy in which drivers cannot refuse passengers.
Starting in Seoul, the companies have decided to provide a number of premium taxi services to meet customer needs and wants. Kakao’s cab-hailing service will also be overhauled.
These innovative changes have been made with the goal of continuing business collaboration between the taxi industry and the ICT industry.
While Tago Solutions is a taxi franchise business operator which provides additional paid services through corporate and private taxis, the company hopes to provide a new service experience to passengers and provide a stable working environment for drivers through cooperation with Kakao Mobility.
