SEOUL, Jan. 11 (Korea Bizwire) – Korean Air will fly a special jet airliner emblazoned with the official Olympic mascots to promote the PyeongChang 2018 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games.

The promotional Airbus A330-200 aircraft will feature the mascots of the 2018 PyeongChang Olympics and Paralympics, Suhorang and Bandabi, on its fuselage, Korean Air said on Wednesday.

Making stops around the world, the PyeongChang Olympics-inspired aircraft will promote the international sporting event in many countries until March 18, when the Paralympic Winter Games come to an end.

As one of the official sponsors of the 2018 PyeongChang Olympics, staff members from different departments at Korean Air have been showing support for this year’s Winter Olympics, which will be held next month.

At Korean Air’s check-in counter at Incheon Airport’s Terminal 2, which opens later this month, mascot dolls will welcome passengers, and a photo zone will help to raise awareness of the event.

From last July, Korean Air has been flying 12 aircraft to promote 2016-2018 Visit Korea Year featuring the emblem of the campaign.
