NEW YORK, May 7 (Korea Bizwire) — LG Electronics is turning heads at this year’s Frieze New York art fair, presenting a bold fusion of cutting-edge display technology and contemporary pop art through its latest OLED TV lineup.
The company announced Wednesday that it is exhibiting its 2025 OLED evo models at the prestigious art fair, held in Manhattan through May 11, in collaboration with Steven Harrington, the American pop artist best known for designing the logo for the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics.
At the entrance to the booth, two 97-inch OLED evo G5 TVs flank the wireless-capable OLED evo M5, forming a vivid triptych that showcases Harrington’s iconic characters—Mello the dog and Lulu the palm tree—in rich, high-contrast color powered by LG’s signature display technology.
To the right of the exhibit stands the LG Signature OLED T, the world’s first wireless and transparent TV, offering visitors an augmented reality–like experience. Guests can take photos through the clear display alongside Harrington’s animated companions.
Also featured is the LG StanbyME 2, a versatile lifestyle screen that can be mounted or placed on a shelf with a one-click stand and customized strap, blending seamlessly into the gallery space. Additional installations include vertically oriented displays and an 83-inch OLED evo G5 model, all featuring Harrington’s digital works.

“Working with LG’s transparent OLED and other OLED TVs allowed me to explore new dimensions in my art,” said Harrington.
LG has been a global partner of Frieze since 2021 and continues to reinforce its identity as the artist-preferred OLED TV brand. Last year, the company also entered into a long-term partnership with the National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art (MMCA) in Korea.
“Our OLED TVs—with their perfect blacks and rich color fidelity—provide a new creative canvas for artists like Steven Harrington,” said Oh Hye-won, executive director of brand experience marketing at LG.
The exhibition underscores LG’s evolving brand strategy to blend premium consumer electronics with immersive art and cultural experiences, positioning its OLED portfolio at the intersection of innovation and inspiration.
