SEOUL, March 14 (Korea Bizwire) – South Korean President Moon Jae-in is likely to meet Park Hang-seo, the South Korean coach of the Vietnamese national football team, and his players during his planned trip to Vietnam late this month, sources here said Wednesday.
Park has become a national hero among the Vietnamese people as he made an unprecedented achievement in Vietnamese football history in January when his team finished second at the Asian Football Confederation U-23 Championship in China.
At that time, Moon sent a congratulatory message to the coach.
Moon is expected to visit the national football training center in Hanoi and encourage Park and his players, according to the sources.
