SEOUL, March 16 (Korea Bizwire) — SK C&C Co., an IT service unit of South Korean conglomerate SK Group, on Tuesday said it had launched a comprehensive internet portal service for the improvement of domestic businesses’ environmental, social and governance (ESG) management.
The Click ESG online portal allows users to check the result of comprehensive ESG diagnosis simulations within several minutes if they access the portal and input their data.
Users also can receive third-party review opinions on the result of ESG diagnosis from professional consulting firms.
The online portal provides ‘comprehensive ESG management services’ including the establishment and implementation of management strategy on the basis of the diagnosis result.
To keep abreast with the growing importance of ESG throughout the entire spectrum of the supply network, including subcontractors, the website has the function of improving the management of supply network risk and the level of ESG management for subcontractors.
SK C&C plans to provide shared growth support programs, including ESG consulting, to its subcontractors.
The Click ESG website applies a variety of industrial classification standards, including the GICS (Global Industry Classification Standard) and the KSCI (Korean Standard Industrial Classification).
