SEOUL, Jan. 21 (Korea Bizwire)In Korea, many salaried workers laugh bitterly at themselves by saying “winning a lotto is the only way to turn around our lives.” In that sense, common workers have a slim chance of making a big fortune to better their future lives.

In the sluggish economy, their wages are seldom raised and they do not have much money to save. Real estate prices are beyond their purchasing power, even though the housing supply rate surpasses 100 percent.

Under these conditions, a poor supermarket cashier won the lottery on January 17 with a prize of 1.2 billion won (US$1.1 million). The winner wrote a post with a capture of her winning ticket on an Internet bulletin for lotto buyers.

She said, “My family is having financial difficulty these days. Due to the failure of my husband’s business, I had to go work at a supermarket to help the family. I’m now living alone as my husband is wandering from place to place for work, and our children are staying in Seoul for their studies. Miraculously, I won first prize in this week’s lotto.”

As her economic difficulties were a great burden, she dreamt of winning the lotto. In her obsession, she dreamt of winning for three consecutive days.

“I was too distressed by the situation that our family members were living separately. Now, we can get back together. We will buy a house in Seoul and live together,” she added.

No matter what, the only certain way to positively guarantee winning the lottery is to get the numbers on your ticket to match the actual numbers in the draw. Now, if only there was a way to know that in advance! Anyway, if you’re interested, I have made up a little free and just-for-fun page which generates your own personal quick pick numbers. Who knows, it might work – you just never know your luck… As I say, it is completely free and just a bit of fun, so look out for VillaLibra Lucky Numbers if you want to see if you can locate it for yourself.
