SEOUL, Oct. 5 (Korea Bizwire) — The city of Jeonju is using N Seoul Tower, one of Seoul’s most famous landmarks, as a promotion platform leading up to the 2018 Jeonju Bibimbap Festival.
Jeonju city officials announced last Thursday that N Seoul Tower, a must-see spot for tourists, has been promoting the festival since last month.
LED screens have been installed at the entrance to the tower’s observation deck, as well as luminous posters in the promotion booth to promote Jeonju’s most famous festival.
Hwang Kwon-ju, Jeonju’s director of culture, tourism and sports, said, “The bibimbap festival should go global,” adding that “Jeonju’s active promotion will help us achieve our goal.”
The Jeonju Bibimbap Festival marks its 12th year as it is scheduled to be held in Jeonju Hanok Village and the National Intangible Heritage Center from October 25 to 28.
