SEOUL, Jan. 4 (Korea Bizwire) — Kakao M, a Kakao Corp. subsidiary specializing in content-making, will hold an audition to form a next-generation boy band.
Kakao M announced on Thursday that it will hold the Kakao M Boy Audition at the Starhill Building in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, on January 19.
The audition will include vocal performances, rap, dance, acting, modeling, and songwriting for both individual or group applicants. Only men born after 1999 are eligible to apply.
Registration will be open at the Kakao M website (https://www.kakao-m.com) until January 14.
“As our first audition of the year, we expect many applicants with skill and talent to attend,” said Kakao M.
Kakao M houses a number of entertainment companies including Fave Entertainment, Craker Entertainment, Starship Entertainment, Mun Hwa In, E&T Story, King Kong by Starship, BH Entertainment, J,wide Company, Soop Entertainment, and Ready Entertainment.
