Who is included among the “sex criminals”? Does it include people who were caught buying services from sex workers?
Thanks for your interest. The “sex criminals” in the article refer to a total of 4,052 convicted on the special watch by the government — mostly accused of committing serious crimes such as rape or child molesters — who are subject to the public notification policy.
Thanks for your reply.
