SEOUL, Nov. 24 (Korea Bizwire) — The South Korean government is releasing photos of the country’s easternmost islets of Dokdo from all four seasons taken over the past two years to the public for free.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced on Monday that 112 photos of Dokdo’s four seasons can be downloaded for free through the ministry’s website starting from Nov. 19
This is the first time that the South Korean government has released for free a large quantity of Dokdo photos to the public.
The ministry’s website has 28 photos for each season of Dokdo (spring, summer, autumn and winter).
After signing a contract with the government, a group of professional photographers took photos of Dokdo’s autumn and winter seasons in 2014 and spring and summer seasons in 2015.
