DONGHAE, July 7 (Korea Bizwire) — The east coast city of Donghae in Gangwon Province announced that it will host a trail running competition on Saturday at Mangsang Beach.
The 2023 Donghae Skyrace is a part of the Golden Trail National Series, which is organizing a series of three races in South Korea for the first time this year.
The competition consists of 21-kilometer and 12-kilometer courses, and approximately 800 runners are expected to participate.
Additionally, there will be another event aimed at rehabilitating forests in fire-stricken mountains, which will involve the planting of new trees and the spreading of fertilizer.
This event is expected to attract 300 participants.
