SEOUL, July 13 (Korea Bizwire) — The Seoul Metropolitan Government announced on Wednesday that a total of 970,000 citizens participated in the Carless Jamsu Bridge Walking Festival in the first half of this year.
The Jamsu Bridge festival took place nine times between May 7 and July 9.
Among the various programs, the most popular one was the “book-reading Jamsu Bridge,” which featured decorations using over 1,000 books.
Throughout the festival, around 100 bean bag seats were available and highly sought after.
Jamsu Bridge’s renowned Moonlight Rainbow Fountain was also a popular spot for taking photos.
The festival will continue every Sunday from Sept. 3 to Nov. 12, excluding the Chuseok holiday.
