SEOUL, Dec. 12 (Korea Bizwire) – Hyundai E&C has introduced a next-generation lifestyle app, consolidating its branded residential services into a single platform. The company announced on Thursday the launch of “My Hills” and “My THE H”, exclusive service apps for residents of its premium apartment brands, Hillstate and The H.

The apps provide a seamless digital experience across the entire customer journey—from sales and leasing information prior to moving in, to after-sales services, home IoT controls, and community features after residency.

Designed with enhanced user interfaces (UI) and experiences (UX), the platform simplifies access to a wide range of smart home and residential services, offering up to 38 customizable features tailored to each property.

Key functionalities include contract and move-in services for prospective residents, in-unit smart home integration, community tools, and easy access to maintenance history, complaints, and A/S (after-service) requests. The apps are divided into four categories to address these needs comprehensively.

The rollout will begin with Hillstate Gwanak Centre Ciel, which is set to open for residency in January 2024, and The H Daechi Edelweiss, scheduled for August 2024.

Hyundai E&C also plans to leverage these platforms as part of its bid for high-profile redevelopment projects, such as the Hannam District 4 zone, emphasizing their value as software-driven lifestyle solutions.

“This app launch marks a significant shift from a hardware-focused business model to software-based service expansion,” a Hyundai E&C spokesperson stated. “We aim to align with evolving digital trends and lifestyle demands, creating closer customer engagement.

Additional features will be introduced post-launch, and we are considering extending the platform to already-occupied properties to enhance customer satisfaction.”

By integrating cutting-edge technology and tailored services, Hyundai E&C is positioning itself as a leader in lifestyle innovation within the residential real estate market.
