SEOUL, Sept. 28 (Korea Bizwire) – Seoul’s Leeum, Samsung Museum of Art is hosting a special exhibition by Danish-Icelandic artist Olafur Eliasson. Eliasson is best recognized for his sculptures and installation art with elements such as light and water that he uses to enhance the artistic experience.
“The Parliament of Possibilities” is the theme for the exhibition, which will run for the next five months until February 26 next year.
During a press conference Tuesday, the artist emphasized the importance of culture, and said that “the future depends on our culture.”
“My works encompass the fact that the world and our emotions towards it change endlessly,” he said. “I hope people relate more with the world, and experience that they exist together inside it, through my works.”
