SEOUL, Oct. 20 (Korea Bizwire) — The commercial for LG’s new cordless vacuum cleaner, the ‘Cord Zero A9’, has proven a marketing success, hitting over three million views, the company said on Friday.
The commercial released late last month for the new cordless vacuum has attracted over three million views only three weeks after it was first unveiled across social media including Facebook and YouTube.
The two-and-a-half-minute-long commercial features a secret agent who smacks of the main character from the hit film Kingsman, as the actor chooses LG’s new vacuum as his weapon of choice to complete the final mission, given that the Cord Zero A9 can work for up to 80 minutes when fully charged.
The success of the Cord Zero A9 commercials follows that of another starring TV personality and former South Korean professional basketball player Seo Jang-hoon that was viewed over 10 million times.
In celebration of the new commercial, LG is holding a giveaway event where some of those who watch and leave a review of the commercial on social media will be selected to receive a new Cord Zero A9.
