CHANGWON, March 25 (Korea Bizwire) — A so-called drive-through conference, where people participate in a meeting in their own cars, was held to prevent the spread of the coronavirus.
A branch of the Korean Federation of Community Credit Cooperatives (KFCC) located at GM Korea’s Changwon Plant held a regular general meeting in the plant’s parking lot last Sunday.
A total of 500 cooperative members participated in the meeting in their own cars, parked in front of a large truck used as the main stage.
KFCC officials received signatures from the members while seated in their own vehicles. Members were provided with earphones and conference materials to help follow the meeting from their own cars.
