CHUNCHEON, Aug. 23 (Korea Bizwire) — A demonstration performance by the World Taekwondo (WT) team, a Seoul-based global taekwondo federation, occurred on Monday at the special stage near Uiam Lake in Chuncheon, Gangwon Province, as a part of the World Taekwondo Culture Festival.
The gala show celebrated the city’s selection as the new home of the WT headquarters.
The event marked the consecutive hosting of the World Taekwondo Championships for three years.
The demonstration was enhanced with a beautiful array of lights that illuminated the backdrop of the lake.
The festival’s grand finale featured a rose flower performance.
Prior to the demonstration team’s showcase, an engaging DJ performance entertained the audience, adding an extra layer of excitement for the visitors.
