DAEGU, Jun. 10 (Korea Bizwire) — A shepherd will catch the first pitch at a pro baseball game between Samsung and Hanhwa on June 11.
Named ‘Top’, the three-year-old Belgian shepherd competed against a four-year-old Golden retriever before being selected.
On June 11, Top will catch the first pitch, which will be thrown by a professor from the Department of Animal Companions at Suseong College.
The college will conduct various events for audience members who publish pictures or videos of Top catching the ball on the internet.
