SEOUL, Sept. 23 (Korea Bizwire) – In the Chosun Dynasty, walking along the fortress walls of Seoul admiring the scenery was called ‘Soon Sung Nori’.
The Seoul Metropolitan Government, along with Seoul KYC, is recruiting 560 people who wish to participate in a Soon Sung Nori experience.
The event will be held on October 17, and anyone can take part with their family, friends and loved ones.
The event is divided in two categories. The full course covers all of the fortress walls of Seoul. From 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., participants will walk all 18.6 kilometers. The shorter course will cover areas near the fortress walls from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Anyone over 12 years of age can participate. The fee is 10,000 won. Those who wish to participate can apply at www.hanyangdosung.com.
