SEOUL, April 4 (Korea Bizwire) – The Seoul city government said Monday some 20 foreigners will go sightseeing around the city this week and share their experiences online.
The day-long tour will start at the 63 City Building in downtown Seoul on Tuesday. The tour course includes visiting the Galleria duty-free store, taking in the sights of the cherry blossom festival underway in Yeouido and taking a trip to the nearby fisheries market in Noryangjin, the Seoul Metropolitan Government said.
The Global Seoul Mate program, which started in 2012, invites selected foreigners — both resident and non-resident in South Korea — to share their tour experiences in Seoul via social media. All expenses during the tour will be covered by the Seoul government and the duty-free shop this year.’
