SEOUL, South Korea, Aug 20 (Korea Bizwire) – Choi Yun-sik, director of the ‘Asia Futures HR Institute,’ was appointed the inaugural director of the ‘Institute for Future Technology and Business Management’ at the State University of New York Korea (SUNY Korea) located at Songdo’s international business district in Incheon. Dr. Choi will officially begin his term as the director at the SUNY Korea institute from August 19.

SUNY Korea chooses talented students from all over Asia, and offers all its courses in English. The Institute will be tasked with the goal of educating and training high-caliber individuals specializing in predicting the future within the next ten years.

Director Choi said, “SUNY Korea and the Institute for Future Technology and Business Management has the goal of becoming a top institute in Asia in futurology and will be on the same level as some of the best schools in the U.S. in the field within the next decade.” He has received great attention for his recent remarks that Korea might face a second financial crisis sometime between 2016 and 2018.
