GEOJE, Oct. 18 (Korea Bizwire) — The city of Geoje, located in South Gyeongsang Province, will open up the Jungle Dome to the public between October 26 and November 3 as a preview prior to the grand opening scheduled for early next year.
The Jungle Dome is an egg-shaped structure built with 7,500 pieces of triangular glass.
Reaching as high as 30 meters and stretching across 4,468 square meters, the dome houses escalators, an observatory, valleys, and even waterfalls.
The Jungle Dome will be used as a greenhouse to grow 300 different kinds of tropical plants.
